Tap for a photo

  1. Choose the feeling

Pick a film look and effects before you shoot. Frame your photo and choose the lens you want.

  2. Take the photo

Tap and release the large shutter button. A short press takes a still photo.

  3. Keep it

Allow saving to Photos when iOS asks. Your finished photo includes the selected film treatment.

Hold for video

Press and hold the shutter to begin recording, then release to finish and save. Clips can be up to 60 seconds long and use your selected film and effects. This works in the main app and from the lock screen.

Allow Microphone access in the main app if you want sound. If access is unavailable or denied, Analogish can record a silent clip. When recording from the lock screen, authorize the microphone in the main app beforehand.

Choose your photo quality

Choose a photo quality in Settings.

12 MP
The default photo quality.
Max
Uses the camera’s available higher resolution, up to 48 MP on supported hardware.

Availability depends on the camera, lens and zoom; the app shows the options your device supports.

Your chosen film and effects are included in the saved photo at the selected available resolution.

If capture or saving needs attention

In iOS Settings, find Analogish and check Camera, Photos and, for sound, Microphone access. Make sure your device has free storage. If saving was interrupted, reopen Analogish so it can recover pending captures.
