A few clear terms for your everyday camera.

About these terms

Analogish and this website are provided by FTL3 GmbH, Philipp-Reis-Str. 4, 40215 Düsseldorf, Germany. Contact mail@ftl3.com. Further company details are in the Imprint.

These terms describe use of the app and website. The privacy practices that apply are set out in our Privacy Policy.

Your App Store license

Apps downloaded from the App Store are licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a custom license is supplied with the app. That agreement sets out the scope of your app license and the terms that apply to it.

This page does not replace the App Store license or give FTL3 permission to collect data beyond the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Free features and optional purchases

The camera, seasonal film looks, and effects are free to use. Additional finishes and shutter designs are available through an optional one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. The applicable price is displayed before you confirm a purchase.

Apple processes App Store payments. You can use Restore Purchases in the app’s upgrade sheet with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled through Apple, subject to its process and applicable consumer law.

Your photos and videos

You keep your rights to the photos and videos you create. FTL3 does not claim ownership of your captures or require a license to upload or publish them. Analogish processes them on your device.

You are responsible for how you capture, use, and share content, including obtaining any necessary permission from people you photograph and respecting applicable law and others’ rights.

Using the app

Hardware, operating-system versions, available storage, and permissions affect which camera functions are available. App Store requirements describe supported versions. Keep captures you want to retain in Photos or your own backup; removing the app can remove local app data and pending saves.

The software, branding, and website materials remain protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights. Open-source components retain their respective licenses, available in the app’s Settings.

Your rights and support

Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. For app questions or problems, visit Support or email mail@ftl3.com.

If these terms change, the updated text and date will appear here. Any change remains subject to your applicable App Store license and mandatory legal rights.
