Who is responsible

This policy covers the Analogish app and analogish.app. The provider and data controller is:

The app does not track you

Analogish has no account, advertising, analytics SDK, or advertising identifier. It does not send your photos, videos, camera frames, or app usage to FTL3. Camera operation and image processing happen on your device and work without an internet connection.

Your choices of film look, effects, camera appearance, sound, and controls are stored locally. Camera preferences and a small purchase-access flag can pass between the app and its Lock Screen capture extension through Apple’s app-context mechanism.

Camera, microphone, and Photos

• Camera: used to capture photos and video.
• Microphone: optional, to record sound while you record video. Without access, clips are silent.
• Photos: add-only access saves finished captures to Apple Photos. If you delete a saved capture from Analogish, the app requests read/write access to delete that selected item. It does not browse your whole library.

Manage these permissions in iOS Settings. Analogish does not request location access and removes GPS metadata from exported photos. If you enable iCloud Photos or choose to share a capture, Apple or your chosen destination handles that transfer under its own settings and privacy terms.

Local storage and deletion

Pending captures remain in local app or camera-session storage so an interrupted save can be retried. After a confirmed save, source files and recovery records are removed. The app may keep local finished-image copies for its recent-photo viewer; copies older than one day are eligible for cleanup during later saves. Pending captures remain until recovery succeeds or the relevant local storage is removed.

Photos and videos saved to Apple Photos stay there until you delete them. Removing Analogish removes its local app data; it does not remove captures already saved to Photos. FTL3 does not hold a server-side copy of your captures.

Optional purchases

Film looks, effects, and camera capture are free. An optional one-time purchase unlocks additional camera finishes and shutter designs. Apple handles payment, transaction history, restoration, and refunds through StoreKit. Analogish verifies signed transactions on-device; FTL3 does not receive your payment details or individual transaction data from the app. Fetching products, purchasing, and restoring access may connect to Apple.

When you contact us

If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond and resolve your request. We do not add you to a marketing list. We retain correspondence only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations, then delete it.

When you visit this website

This website uses no advertising, analytics scripts, tracking cookies, or browser storage. Images, fonts, and scripts are served with the site. The Instagram icon is a link, not an embedded Instagram tracker.

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website and processes technical request data such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time. Such data may be processed outside your country. Processing and retention follow the hosting configuration and Cloudflare’s applicable terms; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of end-user data and international-transfer safeguards.

Following a link to Apple, Instagram, or another external website brings you under that service’s privacy terms. A locally displayed App Store badge does not itself connect you to Apple. On compatible devices, Safari may also display Apple’s native Smart App Banner, using app information supplied by Apple.

Legal bases and your rights

Where the GDPR applies, necessary website delivery and security rely on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). Support needed for our relationship with you relies on Article 6(1)(b); other support relies on our legitimate interest in answering requests. Required recordkeeping relies on Article 6(1)(c).

Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold about you. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact mail@ftl3.com. We cannot retrieve photos or app data held only on your device.

You may complain to a data protection authority, including the North Rhine-Westphalia authority, or the authority where you live or work. No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out by this app or website.

We will update this page if the app or our data practices change. The date at the top identifies this version.
